We are seeking a forward-thinking, analytically driven Business Planning Supervisor to join our arenaflex+ Trading team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring clear and aligned targets for subscriber acquisition, marketing budgets, retention, and other key direct-to-consumer metrics. You will work closely with regional arenaflex+ capabilities, business development and finance teams, as well as local market groups and US advertising sales teams to drive insights and decision-making that optimize subscriber growth and engagement.
As part of the newly created Business Execution and Planning function, you will be responsible for providing a unified view of ongoing Trading performance, generating actionable insights, and leading the annual and quarterly planning process.
