Purpose of the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Denial Management, Pre-Registration, Authorization, and Patient Financial Communication and Collections (PFCC) Specialist to join our dynamic medical billing team. This pivotal role is responsible for providing comprehensive support within our medical billing department, working across all major medical payers to manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for collecting pending payments.

This position is 100% work from home, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to meaningful healthcare outcomes. You will be responsible for collecting and managing accounts, following up with insurance companies, reconciling accounts, filing corrected claims, appealing claims when appropriate, and following up on all denials to ensure reprocessing and payment in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional professionalism, trustworthiness, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently and drive results.
