Position Overview: Senior Client Care Specialist
As a Senior Client Care Specialist within the Uncertainties Guardian and Trust Services – Returned Declarations group, you will be responsible for supporting the resolution of returned declarations and working directly with clients to obtain updated information. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and leadership capabilities. You will handle complex client interactions, mentor newer team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentoring and Development: Support the performance of less experienced Client Care Agents by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback. Help new team members acclimate to our processes, systems, and client service standards.

- Complex Issue Resolution: Handle complex customer care tasks that require advanced problem-solving skills. Utilize multiple systems to investigate and resolve issues with client addresses on declarations.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a resource for less experienced team members, providing interpretation of policies and procedures. Offer guidance to help colleagues meet productivity and performance goals.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or a Contact Center environment. Equivalent demonstrated experience through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education is also acceptable.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Relevant coursework in business, finance, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with multiple computer systems and applications. Ability to use search tools effectively to find information and resolve issues.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
