About the Role

Customer service is the heartbeat of arenaflex, and we depend on our talented Customer Service Professionals to represent our brand and services with excellence while helping our customers reach their financial goals. As a Remote Customer Service Professional, you will be the frontline voice of arenaflex, fielding inbound calls from customers seeking support, troubleshooting inquiries, and solving customer needs with empathy and expertise.

Schedule Details

Full-time hours: Monday through Thursday, 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Part-time hours: 20 to 35 hours per week. Monday through Thursday 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Various split shifts are available upon request to accommodate different lifestyle needs and preferences.

Work Location Requirements

This remote opportunity is open to candidates who reside within the states of South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota ONLY. Your home address must be within 100 miles of our physical arenaflex location to ensure you can attend periodic in-person meetings and training sessions when necessary. We provide the technology and equipment you need to work effectively from your home office, but maintaining proximity to our physical location is essential for this role.
