- Product Expertise: Provide comprehensive product information and personalized recommendations to customers. You'll become an expert on our product catalog and services, enabling you to guide customers toward solutions that best meet their needs.
- Order Management: Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining detailed records of all transactions. You'll ensure every transaction is completed precisely and documented thoroughly for future reference.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Your documentation will help improve our processes and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including sales, technical support, and management to address complex customer concerns and contribute to overall service enhancement initiatives.
