Klaviyo is a company that empowers creators by making first-party data accessible and actionable. They are seeking Software Engineers to assist in building and enhancing product features, contributing to the product roadmap, and participating in software design under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and enhancing Klaviyo product features
• Contribute to product roadmap
• Write, test, and debug issues in development, test and production
• Participate in software design for features and bug fixes under direct supervision
• Create and refactor databases to withstand high query volumes
• Debug performance issues and improve application performance
• Create new applications with scalability in mind

Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Completion of a university level course, research project, thesis, or internship involving Python
• Completion of a university level course, research project, thesis, or internship involving AWS cloud technologies
• Completion of a university level course, research project, thesis, or internship involving Agile Scrum methodology
• Completion of a university level course, research project, thesis, or internship involving UI/UX
