Canon USA is a leader in digital imaging and innovation, currently seeking a Public Relations Associate Specialist. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of communication strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation, manage media relationships, and support PR campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials
  • Support PR campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance
  • Assist with corporate communications, social media messaging, and public announcements
  • Coordinate events such as press conferences, product launches, and media briefings
  • Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community engagement initiatives
  • Track industry news and identify media opportunities
