The Champion Company is a well-established organization specializing in innovative embalming solutions. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by connecting with customers, identifying opportunities, and delivering value through meaningful conversations.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Identify needs and recommend solutions that go beyond price
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track activity and manage pipeline within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Skills
- Associate degree or 1–3 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving goals
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred)
- Experience with Sandler Sales Training is a plus
- Preference given to candidates with embalming or funeral profession background
