Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage customers through outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Identify needs and recommend solutions that go beyond price
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Track activity and manage pipeline within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Skills

  • Associate degree or 1–3 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving goals
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred)
  • Experience with Sandler Sales Training is a plus
  • Preference given to candidates with embalming or funeral profession background
