[Remote] Client Success Account Coordinator - Onboarding

Intrinsic Digital, Inc. is a leader in digital marketing, specializing in services for the multifamily, hospitality, and restaurant industries. They are seeking a Client Success Account Coordinator to lead new clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into their services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations
• Contributing to business growth through creating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Analyzing digital campaign success and report on key performance indicators and metrics
• Suggesting improvements and collaborating on digital projects to increase client ROI
• Presenting new strategies to clients
• Staying up to date with digital technology trends
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business
• 1+ year of account management or client success experience
• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and/or multifamily
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable reviewing and uploading creatives and ad assets
• Proficient in using HubSpot and managing timelines
• Organized and responsive with a keen attention to detail
• Multifamily industry experience a plus
