They are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to optimize HR processes, maintain accurate employee records, and enhance the overall employee experience through exceptional service and compliance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support the management and optimization of HR processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate, current employee records and uphold data integrity within the HRIS system
- Manage onboarding new employees, including facilitating orientation sessions and overseeing the I-9 Verification process
- Administer the offboarding process, ensuring timely notification to relevant stakeholders and efficient completion of all required documentation
- Manage and submit employee change requests, including manager changes, title updates, role changes ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Provide timely guidance on HR policies, procedures and programs to support a positive employee experience
- Partner with different HR teams to address organizational priorities and improve HR processes
- Support day-to-day HR Operations across Workday and additional systems e.g. Workhuman, Talent Hub ensuring data accuracy, efficient processes and seamless user experience
- Participate in systems testing including Workday as part of release and enhancement process
- Prepare and review HR documentation, perform data audits and generate reports as required
- Contribute to HR initiatives, process improvement efforts, and special projects
- Support the distribution of company and HR communications and maintain the HR SharePoint site as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience required; experience in fast-paced HR operations, cross-functional teams, and multi-site support preferred
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems/applications
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels and deliver excellent customer service
- Experience in fast-paced HR operations, cross-functional teams, and multi-site support
