The Operations Research & Data Science Team: Where Analytics Meets Aviation

The Operations Research and Data Science team at arenaflex is responsible for developing sophisticated models that support multiple critical business functions across the airline. Our work directly influences:

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with at least two years completed by Summer 2024


• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale


• Degree emphasis in Information Science, Data Analysis, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field


• Proficiency in Python programming and SQL for data manipulation and analysis

Most teams operate on a hybrid schedule with management approval, allowing for collaborative in-office days while maintaining flexibility for remote work.
