We are currently seeking motivated, full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our award-winning customer service organization. What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company – and potentially the highlight of someone's day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct Customer Engagement: Connect with customers who reach out for a variety of reasons – from helping them shop for their newest furry family member to finding that perfect chew toy or treat. You'll be there when they need guidance, support, or just someone to listen.
- Problem Solving & Research: Dive deep into customer issues, research solutions, and determine the most appropriate resolution. Think proactively about preventing future issues and set follow-ups to ensure complete contact resolution.

Essential Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required. We've learned that this timeframe gives candidates the foundational skills needed to excel in our fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: You'll need to demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and listening skills. We'll assess this through a written assessment as part of our interview process.
- Multi-tasking Ability: The ability to maintain a conversation on the phone while simultaneously navigating on the computer and taking notes is essential. If you thrive in dynamic environments, you'll love this!
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with computers is a must – both for data entry and for rapid navigation through multiple systems and the internet to find information quickly.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company is crucial. Our industry moves fast, and we need team members who can pivot when necessary.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be flexible to shift schedules and work overtime as needed by the business unit. This is a 24/7 operation, and our customers need us around the clock.
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information is absolutely essential. Our customers trust us with their personal data, and we take that seriously.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Technical Requirements
Since this is a remote position, we need to ensure you have the right setup to deliver excellent customer service from home. Please review the following requirements carefully:
- Workspace: Your work area must be large enough to accommodate computer monitors and be free from distractions, including any background noise that could impact the customer experience.
- Camera-Ready: Your work area must be acceptable for webcam use – you'll be on video calls with your team regularly!
- Internet Connection: You must have a reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection with speeds of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. You can test your speed at speedtest.net or contact your service provider. This requirement must be met and demonstrated before starting.
- Equipment Provided: Don't worry – we've got you covered! Arenaflex will provide everything you need except your internet: computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam.
- Two-Factor Authentication: A phone line is not required, but you must have a cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify. Options include a smartphone or tablet with the Okta mobile app, or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls.
