As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Your primary duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries
