**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Catastrophe-Exposed Property Insurance**

As a Customer Service Representative on our Policy Services team, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with policyholders, agents, and producers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
- *What You'll Be Doing:**
As a key member of our Policy Services team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails from policyholders, agents, and producers with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and team customer service targets and performance measures
- Answering questions about underwriting concerns related to home inspections and select property and liability hazards
- Handling product eligibility and underwriting inquiries from producers
- Processing policy changes, including endorsements, cancellations, customer name changes, and mailing address changes
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- *What We're Looking For:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- A high work ethic, punctuality, and dependability, with a history of good attendance
- Proven successful customer support experience
- A track record of achieving targets and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task (specifically while talking with customers and resolving their inquiries)
- Proficiency in navigating Windows-based computers and using multiple software applications across two monitors
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work varying hours between 7 AM to 10 PM EDT, Monday to Friday, and occasional overtime on Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Associate's degree
- Experience working in Homeowners Insurance
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (not required but a plus)
- Spanish speaking
