  • *The Role**

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for partnering with our customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive long-term value and growth. This role is critical to the success of our customers and requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, acting as a shepherd to ensure their requests are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively connect with customers to provide updates, recommendations for best practices, and success insights to help them achieve their goals.
  • Partner cross-departmentally to advocate for customer requests and issues, ensuring that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Identify opportunities to expand arenaflex's relationship with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with customers on the renewal process to propose solutions that meet their defined milestones for success.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer requests and issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive long-term value and growth for customers.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to customers to help them achieve their goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand arenaflex's relationship with existing customers.
  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • Prior Customer Success Management experience working in SaaS with customers as they grow.
  • Experience managing a book of business of medium to large-scale customers.
  • Experience building trust and developing customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate value, leverage data, and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to identify customer difficulties and apply knowledge of the product and industry to communicate solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple customer relationships and priorities.
  • *30/60/90 Day Expectations:**
  • 30 Days: Complete onboarding, begin shadowing with fellow Customer Success Managers, and learn the product.
  • 60 Days: Develop working knowledge of the product, begin performing product demos and calls, and continue to shadow with the team to advance knowledge of our industry.
  • 90 Days: Be ready to take on customers and be assigned a book of business to nurture.
