Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Data Analytics Sales Specialist to join our Cloud Platform team in Seattle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about data analytics and cloud technology. In this role, you will lead go-to-market strategies and business plays, manage campaigns, and provide feedback to Product and Global Solutions teams to inform our product roadmap.
As an Enterprise Data Analytics Sales Specialist, you will serve as an answer sales leader within our direct enterprise business organization. You will act as a guide to C-level executives and their leaders to help shape their cloud and data analysis strategy and enable digital transformation. You will focus on helping clients improve their productivity and harness the power of our products to make their organizations more productive, collaborative, and accessible to their customers.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through your expertise in data analytics and cloud solutions. Here's what you can expect:
- Build and maintain executive relationships with clients as a data analytics subject matter expert, influencing long-term strategic direction for new and existing clients, and coordinating with arenaflex Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Customer Engineers (CEs).
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including enterprise plans across key industries, with a focus on building and expanding accounts.
- Help clients identify use cases suitable for arenaflex data and analytics solutions, articulating key solution differentiators and measurable business impacts.
- Collaborate with arenaflex Account and Technical teams to develop pipelines and provide expertise to create Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives with arenaflex Cloud Platform partners.
- Align the business against objectives and key results to accurately forecast the state of the business for the domain.
- Create compelling business cases working alongside architects and client technical teams to demonstrate the value of data analytics solutions.
- Plan, pitch, and execute on-site sales strategies that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Navigate complex business and legal agreements in coordination with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a professional who combines technical knowledge with sales expertise to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Here's what we need:
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing research, data warehousing, or data management programming.
- Business Case Development: Experience working with architects or client technical teams to build business cases and develop plans for implementation.
- Sales Strategy: Proven experience with planning, pitching, and executing on-site sales systems.
- Contract Management: Experience with business and legal agreements in coordination with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Stack Expertise: Experience with data analysis technology stack including Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Hadoop/Spark Data Lakes, Columnar Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL, and Data Governance.
- BI and Data Warehouse: Experience with market-leading Business Intelligence (BI) front-end, data analysis middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies.
- Cloud Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with arenaflex Cloud Data and Analytics offerings (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, etc.).
- End-to-End Sales Execution: Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish sales and customer transformation strategy aligned to data and analytics.
