We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Flight + Vacation Product Development team. Role Overview


The Senior Analyst, Flight + Vacation Product Development will be responsible for owning the business side of our integrated Flight + Vacation offerings. This includes but is not limited to marketing, positioning, client acquisition, strategy, partner management, and performance monitoring. You'll play a pivotal role in repositioning our Flight + Vacation products to reach more customers, collaborating with our technology team to enhance the online customer experience, onboarding new travel partners, developing and executing promotions with vacation partners, and identifying opportunities for improvement across our product portfolio.


This position requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You'll be working cross-functionally with multiple departments, including Marketing, Technology, Customer Care, and external partners, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with travel partners based on shared goals and collaborative success. Negotiate rates, promotions, and override agreements with vacation partners to ensure competitive offerings.

  • Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy: Monitor and track availability and pricing competitiveness of all vacation inventory. Collaborate with our Pricing Analyst team to optimize vacation packages and ensure we remain competitive in the marketplace.

  • Product Strategy Ownership: Own the Flight + Vacation strategy, working closely with our Technology team's roadmap to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to generate consumer demand, determine appropriate positioning, identify target audiences, and craft compelling messaging for our products.

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct daily analysis of product performance with the ability to understand drivers of performance differences and develop actionable next steps to address any performance degradation issues.

  • Cooperative Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of cooperative marketing plans with airline partners to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Technology Partnership: Work closely with our Technology team, providing input and prioritization feedback for upcoming enhancements and new feature implementations.

  • Business Development: Identify business challenges and growth opportunities by utilizing research and data analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations that drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Travel Product Development: Inform the Business travel organization strategy and identify potential partners to support the development, launch, and ongoing operations of new travel products.

  • Team Education & Communication: Communicate regularly with the broader team regarding industry landscape, customer experience trends, and product innovations to keep everyone informed and aligned.

  • Customer Care Collaboration: Work closely with our frontline Customer Care team, listening to calls, gathering feedback, and helping improve their sales and service functionalities to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other complex tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of analytical experience or related field demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong relationships and earn the confidence of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities. Must be comfortable presenting ideas before large groups including senior leadership.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to serve as a highly organized, independent, and creative problem solver who meets aggressive deadlines by following established processes and procedures.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
  • Travel Requirements: Available for occasional overnight travel (approximately 30%).
  • Travel Documentation: Must be in possession of valid travel documentation with the ability to travel throughout the United States.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience



  • Advanced Education: Four-year degree in a relevant discipline, preferably hospitality, business, and/or marketing.

  • Industry Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience working in cruise, travel, hospitality, or other relevant industry.

  • Technical Background: Experience in account management, project management, partnerships, and sales and marketing roles.
