About the Role

As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll serve as a pivotal force in one of our most strategic new Sales Enablement programs. You'll focus on the customer experience and challenge conventional approaches to ensure our team can deliver the best products at scale and on time. This role requires the ability to seamlessly transition from program strategy to development, to operations, to experience design, to geographic implementation.

We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial individual who will support a team in creating and delivering a groundbreaking new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales journey. The scope of work demands the ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a complex, rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:


  • Customer Journey Mapping: Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program managers on the best ways to meet strategic goals and objectives.

  • Content Orchestration: Orchestrate content from various sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance across all channels.

  • Style Guide Development: Develop a comprehensive style guide, maintain a library of all organizational content, and monitor which components are performing well and which need updating.

  • Prototyping and Testing: Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure content meets customer needs and drives engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across regional and global groups, including Channel Programs Development and Customer Sales Enablement teams.

  • IT and Product Integration: Create innovative solutions with our IT and Product Management teams that will help accelerate time-to-market, improve the overall customer experience, and drive sales performance.

  • Content Strategy Optimization: Leverage analytics to transform complex metric-based customer experience data into effective content strategies.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


  • Extensive Experience: 8+ years working with content development teams and local partners; experience working in a geography-preferred environment is highly valued.

  • Content Optimization Expertise: Deep experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to achieve improved sales outcomes.

  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of arenaflex product features, benefits, and applications.

  • Analytical Capabilities: Strong analytical ability with the capacity to transform complex metric-based customer experience data into effective content strategies.

  • Technical Proficiency: Previous experience with content management tools to influence thinking for front-and back-end solutions; experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility, ability to handle ambiguity, and capacity to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Professional Ethics: Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.

  • Education: BS/MS degree preferred in a related field.

  • Proven track record of managing complex content projects from conception to completion

  • Experience with content management systems and digital asset management platforms

  • Strong understanding of customer experience design principles
