  • *Responsibilities:**

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including greeting them, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have
  • Processing transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring that the store is well-maintained
  • Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Processing prescriptions, including counting and pouring medications, and verifying patient information
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including their features and benefits
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and process transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment
  • Previous experience with inventory management and processing prescriptions
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
