- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Work-at-Home Customer Care & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Selling arenaflex's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call, meeting sales goals and objectives
- Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers
- Meeting goals and growing from feedback and coaching, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development
- Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
- Ability to retain knowledge, learning and memorizing product information and customer information
- Attention to detail, providing care and attention to every customer issue
- Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, with the ability to politely address customers and show patience and empathy in resolving customer concerns
- Flexibility, with the ability to meet the needs of each customer and adapt to changing business needs
- Organization, with the ability to multitask with speed and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations while maintaining a standard of quality customer service
- Dedication, with a reliable track record in attendance and performance
- Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment (noise levels, using headset 90% of the time)
- Computer literacy, with the ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
- Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
