Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the case lifecycle, from initial assessment to resolution
• Work seamlessly with a team of skilled attorneys and staff
• Use your legal acumen to devise and implement strategic solutions that protect client interests and achieve optimal outcomes in litigation

Skills

• Professional member of the Washington State Bar
• 1 - 5 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
• Experience with hearings, depositions, and arbitrations
