The Analyst - Total Rewards, Retirement will provide operational and administrative support for retirement programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy while serving as a key resource for employees and HR partners.
Responsibilities
- Support quarterly 401(k) processes, including reconciliation, true-up, and loan delinquencies
- Assist with the annual retirement plan audit to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Review and approve monthly pension benefit payments
- Plan and facilitate in-person and virtual retirement readiness meetings for employees
- Support acquisition activity related to the integration of 401(k) and pension plans
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all benefits data and reporting
- Manage the ongoing administration and future offerings of the L’Oréal Employee Share Plan (LOSP)
- Supporting the annual enrollment of new SERP entrants
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, retirees, and Human Resources Business Partners for all retirement benefit questions
Skills
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Strong financial and benefits data analytics skills, with experience in payroll/vendor audits and annual testing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, macros, pivot tables)
- The ability to read and apply provisions from retirement plan documents (IRS, DOL, ERISA regulations)
- Experience in a benefits or finance-related function, with specific experience in retirement programs preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources or finance
