As a Compensation Associate, you will manage multiple survey projects and contribute to high-profile consulting engagements, influencing compensation strategies across leading financial institutions worldwide.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full compensation survey cycle — from launch to report delivery — ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely results
  • Act as the primary client contact, leading job matching sessions, resolving data issues, and delivering clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive participation
  • Analyze large datasets, interpret compensation trends, and prepare impactful reports and presentations
  • Support bespoke consulting projects such as benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory updates, while contributing to broader initiatives like industry research, training, and business development

Skills

  • 1–3 years of compensation survey experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Corporate exposure through internships, part-time roles, or related education
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Results-driven mindset focused on business success
  • Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Background in Human Resources or prior consulting experience
  • Advanced Excel expertise (statistical analysis, graphs, lookups, formulas)
  • Experience working with global financial services clients
  • Familiarity with compensation program design and market practice reporting
