Action Behavior Centers is a growing organization focused on providing quality care for children with ASD. The Analyst/Sr. Analyst in Strategy & Business Operations will be responsible for developing strategies and executing initiatives that optimize talent management and hiring processes.


Responsibilities

  • Own the development, refinement and ongoing maintenance of hiring models for key clinical roles (e.g., Therapists, BCBAs), ensuring alignment with regional and organizational growth strategies
  • Monitor and report on hiring performance against established goals, proactively identifying and addressing variances, capacity constraints or pipeline inefficiencies
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of updates and stakeholder communication
  • Analyze workforce data and hiring initiatives to evaluate effectiveness of incentive strategies and talent acquisition efforts, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, People Services, and Operations Innovation teams to align internal promotion programs with external hiring efforts and evaluate the success of emerging Talent Management initiatives
  • Work alongside the Business Intelligence team to advance predictive analytics (e.g., ML models) focused on teammate retention and turnover risk, and translate insights into scalable business processes

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data analytics, economics, engineering, finance or mathematics) preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, management consulting, strategy, sales/business operations or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite; ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
  • Capable of breaking down complex or ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable components
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a track record of working efficiently in fast-paced environments and managing multiple cross-functional projects
  • Proactive and positive team player with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
