Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is hiring a Service Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher to lead daily scheduling and field coordination for their electrical, plumbing, and HVAC teams. The role involves overseeing daily operations, making real-time decisions to optimize technician productivity, and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Drive daily revenue by strategically dispatching technicians based on skill set, geography, priority, and opportunity
  • Maintain a productive and optimized call board aligned with revenue and performance goals
  • Make real-time schedule adjustments to protect efficiency and technician productivity
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers regarding updates, changes, and expectations
  • Coordinate materials, manpower, permits, and multi-trade projects with Logistics to ensure jobs are set up for success
  • Ensure accurate job setup, documentation, and clean reporting
  • Provide follow-up communication when needed to support a high-quality customer experience
  • Partner with technicians, CSRs, and leadership to support daily operational success
  • Work collaboratively with technicians, CSRs, and leadership to support daily performance, revenue, and service goals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems
  • Prior dispatching, scheduling, hospitality leadership, or service coordination experience
  • Trade industry knowledge is a plus
