Key Responsibilities

- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and genuine engagement
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it with the utmost sensitivity
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and thorough
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers across various channels
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues or concerns that arise
- Escalating interactions to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary and appropriate
- Tracking all call-related information accurately for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing valuable feedback on call issues to help improve our processes
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Must be located in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- College degree (preferred but not required)

Work From Home Requirements
To ensure you can perform your duties effectively from home, you must meet the following technical requirements:
- Internet Speed: Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps or higher
- Upload Speed: Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps or higher
- Connection Quality: Internet service provider must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Prohibited Connection Types: Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN connections are not acceptable
- Documentation: Proof of internet speed will be required
- Workspace: Must have a clean and quiet workspace suitable for taking customer calls
