Position Overview


We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities


As a Senior Product Analytics Manager at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities that span the entire analytical lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to shaping our product roadmap and strategic direction.


  • Conduct Comprehensive Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis using advanced tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python. You will lead initiatives that combine analytical and organizational complexity to deliver clear, sound, and meaningful decisions that advance business objectives.

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Own projects from start to finish, encompassing problem definition, metric development, data extraction and manipulation, visualization, creation and execution of statistical models, and presentation of findings to key stakeholders. Your work will cover the complete analytical journey.

  • Innovative Problem Solving: Address ambiguous or novel challenges by leveraging existing systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will transform broad strategic questions into actionable analytical work for your team.

Essential Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in quantitative disciplines and demonstrate proven leadership capabilities in technical environments.


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required. Advanced degrees are a plus but not mandatory.
