About the Role

Organizations that partner with arenaflex come in all shapes, sizes, and market covers, and no single arenaflex advertising solution works for all. Your insight into digital media, combined with your interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities, shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building expertise, you provide arenaflex-style client service, research, and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, tenaciously investigate and uncover the business needs of arenaflex's key clients, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach millions of customers.

Our Large Client Outreach teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and companies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We take a 10,000-foot view of the massive transformation happening as marketing shifts to mobile and online platforms. We are uniquely positioned to help shape how businesses grow their operations in the digital age. We inform clients of arenaflex's extensive reach across products including search, video, and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Partnership Development: Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within assigned client accounts.

  • Strategic Planning: Define strategies and tactics that align to deliver client business results while navigating complex organizational and client relationships.

  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion by understanding client business needs and recommending appropriate arenaflex advertising solutions.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to uncover business opportunities and market trends affecting client success.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively across internal teams, including product, marketing, and technical specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

  • Executive Presentations: Present strategic recommendations and campaign results to senior executives with confidence and clarity.

  • Revenue Optimization: Drive business achievement by influencing internal stakeholders and advocating for client needs.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, proactive communication, and strategic guidance.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We recognize that our people are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to providing competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits that support your well-being and financial security.

The US base compensation range for this full-time position is $148,000-$227,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our compensation is not solely determined by job, level, and location. The range shown reflects the base and maximum target for newly hired employee salaries across all US locations. Within the range, compensation is determined by work location and additional factors, including position-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
