[Remote] Temporary Project Data Analyst

As a Temporary Data Analyst, you’ll support a time-bound internal data standardization effort by applying established rules and procedures to business records, improving consistency, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across Dudek systems.


Responsibilities

  • Apply standardized updates to business records following documented instructions
  • Review records for completeness and formatting consistency
  • Prepare records for internal quality review
  • Track completed work and escalate exceptions as instructed
  • Document actions taken in accordance with project guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal team members to meet project timelines

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, data support, or operations roles
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or professional services systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic functions, filtering, data entry)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow structured processes and documentation
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience supporting data standardization or administrative projects
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
