Benefits On Us is a leader in employee benefits, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their fully remote team. The primary responsibility of this role is to market employee benefits solutions and schedule appointments with decision-makers at companies looking to improve their benefits offerings.


Responsibilities

  • Market employee benefits solutions to assigned territories and verticals
  • Prospect, qualify, and schedule sales appointments with decision-makers
  • Engage via phone (using a provided auto-dialer), email, and LinkedIn/social platforms
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement
  • Track activity and performance; aim for aggressive weekly targets and pipeline growth

Skills

  • At least 1 year of sales development, business development, or appointment setting experience (employee benefits/HR/insurance preferred, but not required)
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely; excellent time management and self-discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication; skilled in relationship building and persuasion
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed targets for scheduled appointments or qualified leads
  • Proficient with CRM tools and eager to learn new sales tech
  • Own a computer with Chrome browser and have reliable high-speed internet at home
  • Resilient, professional, and growth-minded
  • Minimum one year of SDR, sales, or appointment setting experience
  • Proven record in a high-activity sales environment
  • Own modern computer, Chrome browser, and fast/reliable internet
  • Willing to commit and hit the ground running—our busiest season is NOW!
  • Quick to learn our products and process
  • Willingness to train and develop with us
