They are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts across the organization and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing efforts across active roles — researching candidates, understanding market trends, building pipelines, and drafting outreach messages on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across candidates and hiring managers with care and efficiency
- Maintain our ATS, ensuring candidate records, stages, and notes are accurate and up to date
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed and engaged
- Assist with job description drafting and posting roles across relevant job boards
- Over time, take on increasing ownership of full-cycle recruiting for defined roles
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, recruiting, HR, operations, or a coordination-heavy role
- Exceptional organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles and moving pieces without dropping the ball
- Strong written communication; you know how to write an outreach message that gets a response
- Comfort working in an ATS and picking up new tools quickly
- A collaborative, low-ego approach! You're energized by supporting others and making the process run smoothly
- An interest in leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently and surface better candidates over time
- Curiosity about recruiting and a desire to grow your craft over time
- Experience with sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
