Vida HR is seeking a Benefits Data Specialist to join their Benefits & Compliance team. This role involves processing benefit enrollments, terminations, and updates while ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.
Responsibilities
- Process benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes across multiple carrier systems
- Manage a high-volume workflow (800+ transactions per month across all clients)
- Ensure accuracy between isolved, payroll deductions, and carrier data
- Research and resolve discrepancies such as eligibility mismatches and deduction issues
- Handle insurance card requests and eligibility verifications
- Maintain audit logs and documentation for compliance purposes
- Support Open Enrollment testing and data validation
- Collaborate with the Benefits Administration team during a phased transition to centralized processing
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in benefits, payroll, HRIS, or similar operational role
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with high-volume data entry or processing work
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (isolved experience a plus)
