They are seeking a Product Demo Specialist to deliver customized product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing how their platform can support business goals and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 3–4 engaging, customized product demos per day, tailored to each prospect’s business needs and goals
- Lead discovery-driven conversations, building rapport quickly, and positioning our platform as a solution to key challenges
- Facilitate the prospect's next steps by finalizing the sale and advising them on the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, including demo notes, prospect insights, and pipeline updates
- Complete all post-demo follow-ups and administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Contribute to ongoing internal knowledge-sharing efforts by helping improve documentation and Learning Academy resources as the product evolves
- Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices to help improve demo strategy and team performance
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience working in a SaaS or software-based organization
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales, demo-related or client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide conversations effectively
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and adapt messaging in real time
- Results-driven mindset, with an understanding of how your work contributes to revenue outcomes
- Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines, data, and track activities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and product features quickly and confidently
- Proficiency with Zoom or similar platforms for delivering online product demonstrations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and client needs
- Willingness to occasionally conduct demos during evenings or weekends, based on client availability
- Familiarity with the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a strong asset
