This role involves supporting core HR processes and Talent Acquisition activities, ensuring a smooth employee experience through accurate data maintenance and assistance with HR operations.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate US-based interview scheduling and support various stages of the hiring process, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems and trackers
  • Support responses to employee inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and routing questions to appropriate HR team members
  • Support HR Generalists with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Partner with Payroll and HR teams to process employee changes and ensure data accuracy
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports to support HR operations and hiring activity
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and processes, including performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Prepare documentation, templates, and communications for HR use
  • Identify issues or discrepancies in data or processes and escalate to the appropriate HR team members
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR team members to support the execution of HR services
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative support across HR functions

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and comfortable working with HR systems and data, such as ADP
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Interest in developing across HR disciplines, including HR operations and Talent Acquisition
