What You'll Do in This Role

As a Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be the frontline ambassador for some of the world's most beloved brands. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer support that resolves issues, answers questions, and creates memorable experiences. Here's what you can expect:


  • Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy. You'll be the friendly voice (or message) that customers turn to when they need assistance.

  • Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to our clients' products and services. You'll use your problem-solving skills to guide customers through solutions step by step.

  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Technical Requirements:

  • Device: Personal desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, and mobile phones are not acceptable)
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, MacOS 10.15 (Catalina), or MacOS 12 (Monterey)
  • RAM: 8GB or higher
  • Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
  • Internet Connection: DSL, Cable, or Fiber (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable)
  • Internet Speed: Minimum 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload
  • Connection Method: Must hardwire with an ethernet cable while working (no WiFi-only connections)

Note: This position does not provide equipment. You must bring your own device that meets the above specifications.
