What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our organization to countless customers. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service through inbound telephone interactions, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.

Essential Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in any industry, OR equivalent military experience. This can include retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, or any role involving direct customer interaction.
- Language Proficiency: Full fluency in both English and Spanish is required. You'll need to communicate effectively in both languages, both verbally and in writing.
- Technical Comfort: Confidence and proficiency using computers, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Multitasking Skills: The ability to type accurately while speaking on the phone, managing information across multiple windows and systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly assess customer issues and determine appropriate solutions.
