What You'll Do

As a Remote Digital Customer Service Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interaction strategy, serving as the friendly voice (and typing fingers!) that helps resolve inquiries and creates positive experiences. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:


  • Independently troubleshoot, problem-solve, and resolve customer service inquiries while building meaningful relationships with customers who trust arenaflex to help them find the perfect pieces for their homes

  • Provide multi-channel support primarily through Chat and Mobile messaging. As your role progresses or based on business needs, you may also engage with customers via other communication methods

  • Assist with post-order issues including returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status inquiries, back-order inquiries, and any other issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process

  • Exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets while maintaining the high quality of service that arenaflex is known for

  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and communicate trends in customer interactions to leadership as appropriate, helping us evolve our service offerings

  • Simultaneously navigate multiple customer conversations using our sophisticated software applications and internal tools/resources, demonstrating your ability to multitask with excellence

  • Demonstrate exceptional conflict management skills and maintain professional composure even in challenging situations

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication using multiple channels and platforms, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied

Our current hours of operation (all Eastern Time) are: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Saturday, and 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Sunday. You'll have the opportunity to select shifts that work best with your schedule and lifestyle.

  • Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously while appropriately prioritizing and engaging with their unique issues

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills that allow you to juggle conversations efficiently

  • A successful track record working in high-volume environments where performance metrics matter

  • Regular and reliable attendance—our customers count on us, and we count on you

  • Equivalent customer-facing work experience that has prepared you for this role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that shine through every interaction

  • Strong typing skills and experience navigating computer-based tools with speed and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail customer service

  • Familiarity with home furnishings, furniture, or home improvement industries

  • Experience with live chat or messaging platforms

  • Bilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) are always a plus

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices

  • Hourly Pay Rate: Starts at $15 per hour with cost of living adjustments and tenure-based increases as early as 6 months into your role
