What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service and Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our security monitoring operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Emergency Response Coordination: Verify, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals promptly and accurately. You will be responsible for assessing the nature of incoming emergency alerts and coordinating appropriate responses with police, fire, and other emergency agencies.

  • Incoming Call Management: Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, reassurance, and guidance during both emergency and non-emergency situations.

  • Customer Notification: Notify customers of non-emergency signals and system alerts in a timely manner. Your clear communication will help customers stay informed about their security systems and property status.

  • Account Management: Process basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring that all information remains accurate and up-to-date in our systems.

  • Multi-Location Signal Handling: Handle signals from various locations and TTY (Teletype) stations. You will need to be comfortable monitoring multiple inputs and responding appropriately to diverse situations.

  • Training & Development: Work under close supervision during your first 30 days while completing comprehensive training. This period will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role.

  • Protocol Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all signal types and emergency scenarios. Your attention to detail and commitment to following protocols is essential for ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
