About the Job
As a Customer Experience Associate (CXA) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the exceptional service that has come to define our brand. You'll be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, delivering empathetic, detail-oriented solutions that turn ordinary interactions into extraordinary experiences. This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust between 15-29 hours based on business needs—our seasonal demands mean there's never a dull moment!
Important Training Information: All new hires must complete our comprehensive 4-week virtual training program, running Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST. This training covers everything you need to know about arenaflex, our products, and our customer service philosophy. Upon completion, you'll be required to pass an assessment to demonstrate your knowledge before beginning your part-time shifts.
Available Shift Times
We are currently hiring for the following shift schedules:
- Saturday – Tuesday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
- Sunday – Wednesday (Sunday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM & Monday-Wednesday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST)
- Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST
- Wednesday – Saturday (Wednesday-Friday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM & Saturday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST)
Location Requirements: This is a remote position, but candidates must reside as permanent residents in one of the following states: Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, or Kansas. International remote work is not permitted at this time.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Associate, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Develop lasting relationships with customers through multiple communication channels including live chat, phone, SMS, and email. Each interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable experience.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a proud representative of arenaflex, consistently championing our core values and mission to democratize fashion for everyone.
- Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all arenaflex products, including fit information, styles, and inventory availability to help customers find exactly what they're looking for.
- Personalized Styling Assistance: Help customers discover styles that match their individual taste, body type, and event needs—becoming their trusted fashion advisor.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and respect, actively listening to concerns and offering creative, effective solutions.
- Performance Excellence: Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals that keep our operations running smoothly.
- Continuous Improvement: Share customer feedback and insights with team members and leaders to help evolve and enhance the overall customer experience.

Who You Are

- Customer Experience Background: At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment where you developed strong service skills.

- Resilience and Positivity: Handling difficult customer issues is challenging work—you approach every day with a positive attitude and bounce back quickly from setbacks.
- Multitasking Excellence: You can assist multiple customers simultaneously (3+ on chat) while maintaining an exceptional level of service and attention to detail.

Requirements & Technical Specifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency with G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, and similar tools
- High-speed internet access from a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection
- A quiet, professional workspace suitable for handling customer communications
- Availability to complete the required 4-week training program
- Flexibility to work varying hours based on business needs (15-29 hours per week)
Equipment Provided: arenaflex will provide a laptop and headset for your work needs.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in fair, competitive compensation that reflects your skills and contributions. The starting pay rate for this position varies by work location:
- $16.00/hour: Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Virginia, Florida
- $14.50/hour: Tennessee, Kansas
