Responsibilities

  • Take calls from clients
  • Answer questions related to financing products (personal loans, student loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans)
  • Listen to clients’ needs and offer personalized solutions
  • Help clients use our banking applications
  • Refer clients with specialized needs to the correct sector

Skills

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Aptitude for building strong relationships and proactively establishing ties with clients
  • Additional required languages: English, French
