We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat, phone, and email. You'll also be responsible for data entry, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.   • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Experience with data entry and administrative software
