[Remote] Client Success Coordinator

Force Marketing is a company focused on digital marketing and client success, and they are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to support their national automotive clients. In this entry-level role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships, executing campaigns, and ensuring quality and process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Relationships
• Collect offers, approvals, and creative assets from clients
• Confirm campaign launches and provide proactive updates
• Flag client sentiment or challenges to internal pod teams
• Manage Execution & Tasks
• Track deliverables in TaskRay and ensure on-time launches
• Proof campaigns for accuracy, compliance, and quality
• Build offer sheets and confirm monthly focus models
• Collaborate with Your Team
• Participate in pod meetings, providing updates on progress
• Escalate internal roadblocks (e.g., delayed assets, revision issues)
• Keep teammates informed on client status and campaign readiness
• Support Onboarding & Launches
• Prepare creative needs for new client campaigns
• Monitor launch progress and communicate status updates
• Ensure Quality & Process Excellence
• Act as a final checkpoint for accuracy before campaigns go live
• Prioritize speed, organization, and proactive communication in all work

Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Collaborative, team-first approach and eagerness to learn
• Salesforce or TaskRay experience is a plus
• Interest in digital marketing and/or the automotive industry
