[Remote] Temporary Talent Acquisition Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National Debt Relief is a leading debt settlement organization founded in 2009, dedicated to helping consumers manage their debt. They are seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Associate to coordinate the hiring process and provide support in sourcing candidates for high-volume roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, hosting feedback sessions with teams, and following up with candidates
• Responsible for high-volume candidate and applicant management/tracking
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume roles
• Source candidates using the applicant tracking system and job boards (for example, LinkedIn and Indeed)
• Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from application to hire
• Support other ad hoc projects as required

• Ability to coordinate candidate interviews
