[Remote] Inbound Phone Sales - Automotive Parts - OHIO

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Summit Racing Equipment is a company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry. They are seeking motivated individuals to assist customers over the phone in selecting automotive products, providing a supportive work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone with selecting the right products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers
• Sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs
• Complete an 8-week paid training program

Skills

• Candidates must reside in Ohio
• High speed cable internet (25mbs minimum (No DSL))
• A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in your house to work from
• Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
• Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet
• Ability to communicate clearly both with internal and external customers
• Willingness to 'go to work' for our customers
• Genuine automotive interest
• High level of attention to detail
• Capability to deliver exceptional service
• Knack for problem-solving
• Experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior careers within the automotive industry
