Bayview Asset Management is an investment management firm focused on mortgage and consumer credit investments. They are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support talent acquisition efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones
- Partner with the recruiters in developing and maintaining a positive relationship with candidates throughout their interview process
- Maintain and update candidates the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting databases
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and next steps
- Help organize recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Prepare and send offer letters and assist with pre-employment processes
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience at every stage
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and partners with the Talent Management team in making any necessary changes
- Other duties as assigned to support recruiting and talent management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years' experience in recruiting or Human Resources
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCims, Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus
