Account Manager (Research Background)

The Account Manager will take ownership of client communication and commercial processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for our clients in Bulgaria
• Manage incoming requests and prepare professional offers
• Coordinate smoothly with internal operations and research teams
• Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure recurring business
• Spot opportunities to upsell and grow accounts
• Keep client data and opportunities up to date in the CRM

Skills

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English
• Organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once
• Background in research, marketing, business, or similar
• Ability to learn fast on the job
• Experience in client communication and commercial processes
