Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to work closely with knowledgeable professionals and colleagues to build and scale AI and machine learning solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data-driven statistical modeling, supervised learning, and advanced analytics to develop models that predict and analyze data across our extensive server infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- AI/ML Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to predict and analyze data on hardware and software systems within our large server infrastructure. Your models will be instrumental in preventing system outages and pinpointing errors before they impact operations.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with colleagues using an integrated approach to address innovative and complex challenges. Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- System Integration Support: Independently support processes related to the deployment of systems into production, including the integration of purchased solutions. Ensure seamless implementation and operational readiness.

Essential Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Machine Learning Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning with domain knowledge and proven experience in the following areas: data-driven statistical modeling, discriminative methods, feature extraction and analysis, and supervised learning techniques.
- Programming Proficiency: Minimum 2+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and similar technologies. Strong coding skills and the ability to manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Data Analysis Skills: Minimum 2+ years of experience in data extraction, wrangling, visualization, and analysis. Proficiency in transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning, data mining, statistics, applied science, or a related field.
