Position Overview
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Member Services team as Customer Service & Chat Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chat conversations. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional support regarding arenaflex.com, online orders, tracking, deliveries, and general member inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Chat Agent at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Handling High Volume Communications: Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chat conversations with professionalism and efficiency. Each interaction is an opportunity to exceed member expectations and reinforce their trust in the arenaflex brand.
- Assessing Member Needs: Determine the specific needs of each member and provide appropriate solutions. This includes answering general questions about arenaflex.com, products, services, and membership benefits.
- Troubleshooting Complex Issues: Investigate and resolve complex situations related to online orders, tracking information, shipping delays, and delivery concerns. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Order Management Support: Assist members with order modifications, cancellations, refunds, and escalations. Work collaboratively with vendors, purchasing teams, and operations staff to ensure timely resolution.
- Offering Solutions and Compensations: Evaluate member situations and offer appropriate resolutions, including compensation when warranted, in accordance with company policies.
- Multi-Tasking in a Digital Environment: Proficiency navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously across different screens while handling phone calls or responding to chat messages. This requires strong computer literacy and the ability to switch between systems seamlessly.
- Documentation and Follow-Up: Accurately document all member interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management system to ensure continuity of service and proper escalation when necessary.
- Advocacy for Members: Act as an advocate for arenaflex members, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly and productive demeanor at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Training
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Completion of a 14-day training program with certification in E-commerce Member Services Specialist required
Required Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be able to articulate information effectively and listen actively to understand member needs.
- Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute required for chat responses
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable using multiple software applications and navigating between different systems simultaneously
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
- Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
