OEC Group is a leading NVOCC freight forwarding company established in 1981, providing import and export services. They are seeking a B2B outside sales professional to develop customer relationships and promote logistics services.
Responsibilities
- Travel at least 2 weeks out of the month to assigned Market Outside of Home city. (AL/MS/LA/FL)
- Developing B2B Relationship through cold call & in person visit
- Prepare and offer logistics service plans
- Collaborate with Sale Support on the maintaining the pricing for the service plan
- Onboarding account and aligning service expectation
- Meeting at least the Performance or Hustle Goal at any even month (See Key Performance Indicator below)
- Being available to collaborate with team from another time zone
- Datamine New Prospect to rotate out leads
- Datamine current account to monitor market share and other growth opportunities
- Maintaining & updating the Sale’s CRM
- Staying consistent in keeping close to prospect (Keeping pipeline with under 30 day since last contact)
- Routine Review of Pipeline with Sale Support
- When necessary, assist the Accounts Team in collecting payment
Skills
- B2B outside sales professional with an ambitious, competitive and motivated personality who is interested in making long-lasting customer relationships
- Excellent people skills, a result-driven self-starter who is an active listener, creative problem solver who is a solution-oriented sales professional
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus!

- Reliable transportation at the time of hire
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- International or domestic freight forwarding experience is a plus
