Marketing Project Manager

Freitag Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on delivering innovative marketing solutions. They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the execution of marketing projects and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team in coordinating marketing projects across departments (SEO, paid media, content, design, and development)
• Assist in maintaining clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely project delivery
• Help manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple accounts
• Participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
• Monitor project progress and flag any risks or blockers to the lead PM
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before submission to clients
• Help improve internal processes and workflows as the agency grows

Skills

• Experience in project coordination or project management, including internships or academic projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel minimally as needed to attend client meetings
• Reliable transportation and willingness to attend in-person meetings as needed
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana
• Exposure to data-driven marketing strategies and performance tracking
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or Zapier
• Familiarity with AI tools for optimizing workflows and task management
